DEAL

2 players (12), 4 players (11), 6+ players (9)

  • Flip 1 card face up to start the discard pile
  • Play begins to the left of the dealer

HOW TO PLAY

Draw: Take top card from discard OR draw pile

Lay Down

If you have either;

  • Run of 4 in sequence & all different suits; OR
  • 3 of a Kind (3 cards of the same rank)

You may lay down ONE combo only. Even if you have more than one combination - on your first hand you can only play one. Once you have laid down you must discard.

If you do not have anything to lay down you must discard and play moves to the left.

Second Turn After Laying Down

On your 2nd turn after laying down you can add to any set or run on the table and start new sets and runs. Always end your turn with a discard.

MAY I RULE

If outside of your turn you want a card that was just discarded you say “May I”. if no one ahead of you wants it you take the card plus an extra from the draw pile. You do NOT discard. If someone else wants the card and it is not their turn they also take two with no discard.

SCORING

  • Number cards = face value, Face cards = 10, Ace = 10, Action cards = 20 (If playing actions)

If you have only one card in your hand you must call ‘Last Card”. If you fail to call and someone catches you before the next player picks up you take an additional two cards from the draw pile.

LAST CARD RULE

  • You must always start your turn by drawing a card and end by discarding.
  • Runs must stay sequential and all different suits
  • Ace can be high or low and you can go over the top. (3, 2, Ace, King, Queen)

RULES

As soon as a player discards their last card the game is over. The cards left in your hand are added up and that is your score.
