We want you to love your SuitUP™ purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because SuitUP™ is a physical card game, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, please email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If your refund has been approved but not yet received, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned outside the return window

  • Items not in original condition
